In the Food Safety and Standards (Alcoholic Beverages) Regulations, 2018,-
(1) In part 3, regulation 3.1.2.2 relating to Sparkling wine, in clause (i) relating to Brut, after the words ‘sugar content below 1.2 per cent’, the words ‘with a tolerance of 0.3 per cent’ shall be inserted.
(2) In part 3, regulation 3.1.6 relating to Wine Based Beverages, the words ‘or special wine used’ shall be deleted.
(3) In part 5, regulations 5.2 relating to Labeling of standard drink, for the word ‘may’, the word ‘shall’ shall be substituted.
